Pattern mining in triage conversations

Triage calls often concern urgent medical problems, the caller may be in distress while the care provider taking the call is trying to adhere to a protocol in order to make the best decision in every situation. This project focuses on using pattern mining techniques in order to record the important information mentioned during the phone call, so that the care provider can direct their full attention to helping the caller.
